What is Aroma Freedom Techniuqe?
The Aroma Freedom Technique was created by Dr. Benjamin Perkus, a clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience in his field along with 15 years of work with essential oils. This technique uses the power of Young Living Essential Oils and a gentle guided process to help shift awareness away from negative thoughts, feelings, and memories. this process can help you release negative emotions and blocks that have been preventing you from reaching your personal goals and dreams. When we are no longer stuck in negative mindsets and can release old self-limiting patterns, we can move more easily into what we truly want.
Why Essential Oils?
Young Living Essential oils are a powerful tool for supporting both emotional and physical wellness. Our emotions are connected to our physical body and it's important to take care of our emotional health.
The Limbic system in our brain supports a variety of functions including emotions, motivation, and memories. Out of all of our senses, our sense of smell is the only one that activates the Limbic System! This is why aromatherapy (breathing in and smelling pure therapeutic grade essential oils) is so effective.

A Typical Session
The typical session takes about an hour and can be completed in person or online.
No matter the setting you choose, sessions will see you laying comfortably in a chair or on a table, with relaxing music playing in the background. The essential oils scents we use will be carefully tailored to suit your needs for the session.
Aroma Freedom Technique is designed to use the power of scent to shift your awareness from any negative thoughts, limiting beliefs, or pervasive feelings that have been weighing you down.
If you choose to do a distance session, and do not have access to the oils in question, I am more than happy to provide you with them for an additional fee.
After the session, you should feel relaxed and at peace, and should notice the heavy emotions that have been troubling you have eased.
